Pay your Rent

You can pay your rent in any of the following ways

1) Through Venmo- App. –> Download the Application and Select SG Property Management -Escrow (Note: Please ensure that our logo is displayed before you pay rent)

2) Depositing Directly in the bank –> We bank with bank Midwest. Please check your lease for the Account number. The Account name is SG Property Management -Escrow

3) Mailing in the rent checks. You can mail your checks to 7500 W, 151st Street # 23201, Overland Park, KS-66282. (Please give sufficient time for the check to reach us by 4th after which it would be deemed late)

4) Pay through pay pal–> Please note $5.00 additional charges will apply if you use this service
