In late 2018 there were lot of property managment companies in the KC Area. Each had their niche areas. Either they had restricted themselves to the high end market or they severd the areas of the town which had very low rental value. Some of them were only commercial and other only residential. The founders had a passion of providing the best of living conditions irrespective of the area and provide the best return for the investors for their money invested. Over the 1 years that passion seems to bear fruit.
