1) Will I pay property management fees if the unit is empty?
No we do not charge any management fees if the properties are unoccupied

2) What management fees are payable if the tenant does not pay the rent?
No we do not charge any management fees if the rent is not paid

3) How much do I pay if we transfer the property?
There is one time property set up charge of $100.00

4) Can you pay for the Utilities for empty properties?
Yes, but we charge 9% for efforts to pay and also to raise invoice.

5) What if I get notice from the city for code violations on occupied properties?
Please send us the charges we will try to collect them from tenants and send you the collected amount. We do not charge for this service

6) How do you determine the rent on my rental?
We are committed to quality housing standards. If you work with SG Property Management we will make sure we advise you what needs to be done to the properties to improve the rents. Once the proeprty is to our standards then we try to get you best possible rates in the market:

We on a regular basis conduct rent survey in the areas and determine the rent on the basis of
– income in the 2 mile radius
-amenities provided in the facility
-sqft and the occupancy limits
-other demographich factors

All our units are fitted with central AC, Furnance, Water Heater, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposer among other things.
